Here's What We'll Cover in the 32 Hour Course

Your LSAT diagnostic exam will help you determine your strengths and weaknesses, as well as give you a baseline score. You’ll take an in-class, proctored, full-length real released LSAT and review your results.

After this session you will be able to characterize the levels of truth; identify and translate conditional statements; make deductions from conditional statements; state the steps of the Logic Games Method; and apply the steps of the Logic Games Method to Strict Sequencing and Selection games.

After this session you will be able to state the steps of the Logical Reasoning Method; identify and paraphrase conclusions; distinguish evidence from background information; outline complete arguments; describe argumentative strategies; identify similar argument structures; identify Mismatched Concepts and Overlooked Possibilities in simple arguments; and recognize, identify, and answer Main Point, Role of a Statement, Point at Issue, Method of Argument, and Parallel Reasoning questions.

After this session you will be able to state the steps of the Reading Comprehension Method; read a passage strategically; Roadmap a passage; identify Reading Comprehension question types and answer them effectively; and apply the Reading Comprehension Method to Comparative Reading passages.

After this session you will be able to recognize relationships between Mismatched Concepts; recognize common patterns of Overlooked Possibilities; untangle LSAT arguments; and recognize, identify, and answer Assumption, Flaw, Strengthen/Weaken, Assumption Family Principle, and Parallel Flaw questions.

The Midpoint Test will assess your progress after the first four class sessions. You’ll take a second, full-length real released LSAT and review your results.

After this session you will be able to apply the steps of the Logic Games Method to Loose Sequencing, Matching, Distribution, and Hybrid games.

After this session you will be able to make valid inferences using several strategies; infer a principle from a specific case, identify a specific case that applies a principle; resolve an apparent contradiction; and recognize, identify, and answer Inference, Principle-Inference, and Paradox questions.

The Final Test will assess your progress after the first four class sessions. You’ll take a third, full-length real released LSAT and review your results. Don’t forget that you have access to every real, released LSAT in your PrepTest library.

After this session you will be able to recall what to do with your remaining time leading up to Test Day, what to expect at the test site and during the test, and recent trends on the LSAT as well as recall the Logical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, and Logic Games strategies.

Here's What We'll Cover in the New 24 Hour Course

After this session, you will be able to explain the purpose of each step in the Logical Reasoning Method and be able to apply the LR Method to Argument-Based questions (Main Point, Role of a Statement, Point at Issue, and Method of Argument). You will also be able to recognize and analyze conditional ("If-then") statements as they appear in Logical Reasoning questions, and you will be able to apply the LR Method to Parallel Reasoning questions.

After this session, you will be able to explain the purpose of each step in the Reading Comprehension Method, and you will be able to apply Steps 1 (Strategic Reading and Passage Mapping) and 2 (Analyzing Question Stems) to LSAT RC passages. You will also be able to apply RC Method Steps 3 (Researching the Relevant Text), 4 (Predicting the Correct Answer), and 5 (Evaluating the Answer Choices) to LSAT RC passages.

After this session, you will be able to identify two common LSAT assumption patterns (Mismatched Concepts and Overlooked Possibilities), and you'll be able to apply the LR Method to Necessary Assumption and Sufficient Assumption questions. You will also be able to apply the LR Method to Flaw, Strengthen/Weaken, and Parallel Flaw questions.

Your LSAT Mid-Point exam is a valuable opportunity to assess your progress, and it adds important data to update your individualized recommendations. You’ll take an officially released, full-length released LSAT and review your results and analysis.

After this session, you will be able to apply the LR Method to Inference, Principle, Paradox, and Non-Argument questions.

After this session, you'll be able to apply RC Method Steps 3 (Researching the Relevant Text), 4 (Predicting the Correct Answer), and 5 (Evaluating the Answer Choices) to LSAT RC passages. You will also be able to deploy expert strategies for increased speed and accuracy in the RC section and get expert insight on the test day experience.

After this session, you will have increased confidence in your mastery of the LR Method and strategies, and you will be able to use expert strategies to produce a winning LSAT Writing essay. You will be able to deploy expert strategies for increased speed and accuracy in the LR section, and you will be able to use the digital testing interface to your advantage during the LSAT.

Your LSAT Final exam is your opportunity to assess your progress after the core teaching sessions wrap up. Depending on your test date, it may serve as a dress rehearsal for your official LSAT administration. You’ll take an officially released, full-length LSAT and review your results and analysis. Don’t forget that you have access to every released LSAT test along with complete explanations and analysis.
